Essential includes endpoint protection and IT hygiene

Bitdefender antivirus on every device, full patch management, and 24/7 system monitoring via our RMM platform. This is solid foundational protection and is appropriate for many businesses.

Secure adds true cyber security

Huntress MDR provides 24/7 human-led threat detection and response that goes beyond traditional antivirus. Petra ITDR monitors your identity systems (Microsoft 365, Active Directory) for account compromise — increasingly the most common attack vector. Both run 24/7 with real engineers responding to threats.

If your business has cyber insurance, handles sensitive client data, or is subject to compliance requirements, Secure is almost certainly the right choice. If you're a smaller team with lower risk exposure, Essential may be sufficient. We'll help you decide honestly.
