Is Microsoft 365 Copilot safe for your law firm to use?
A free half-day seminar for law firm leadership on adopting AI in client-confidential work — what the technology actually does with your data, what the SRA expects, and what to check before you switch it on.
- Thursday 12 November 2026
- 09:00 registration, 12:30 close, followed by a networking lunch
- Møller Institute, Churchill College, Storey's Way, Cambridge CB3 0DE
- Free to attend · Places limited
- CPD accredited · Certificate of attendance provided
Why now
In August 2026 the SRA published a warning notice on the misuse of AI, following 42 reports over twelve months. It raised two concerns: inaccurate or hallucinated legal content, and confidential client information being entered into public AI tools.
Most firms are hearing plenty about the first and getting very little practical guidance on the second. This session is built to answer both — one from a regulatory perspective, one from a technical one.
Who it's for
Managing partners, COLPs, practice managers and IT leads at law firms of roughly 10–150 fee earners. No technical knowledge assumed.
