After setting up your account with us and installing the backup software you can either upload the first copy of your data or if you have too much to upload you can copy the initial encrypted 'seed' to a USB hard disk and courier to our office for installation at our secure data centre.
Data can be restored through the backup application from the Genmar server, from the local copy if you have one or through the web interface. Like the seed load if you have too much data to restore over the internet in a reasonable time frame we can copy the data onto a USB drive and courier to you. In all cases you will need the encryption key you set up with your account to decrypt your data.

Placing the order and payment terms
When placing the order you will be required to pay your account setup fee by credit or debit card. Your account details will then be supplied in your welcome email along with a standing order mandate form for future payments. If you go over your data quota we will email another mandate form with an option to increase your standing order or you can remove some of your current data or data held in retention.
