Standard IT Maintenance Contracts
A pro-active service designed for organisations with a working knowledge of IT. An initial on site investigation is made as with the All Inclusive and the asset register and log of passwords etc is kept. Regular monthly remote access is made and recommendations are made. You should be able to perform the majority of regular housekeeping tasks only requiring our input for the more complicated tasks and in the event of an issue. Unlike the All Inclusive package remote access will be charged for if we are required to intervene beyond the inclusive time allowed for the monthly checkups.
Charges are quoted after the free initial on site investigation. They are based on a per PC and per Server per month charge. We also charge per month for all Line of Business Applications and Exchange Server. We allocate an inclusive period of remote access time per month, all further remote access and any onsite labour is charged at a reduced rates. We review the contract after three months and then every six months. This allows us to continually offer the highest level of service that is also cost effective. When taken in conjunction with our other complementary services this allows us to offer a single point of contact, a one-stop-shop for all your IT needs, allowing you to concentrate on your business.
