Ad Hoc IT Maintenance Contracts
Ad-Hoc services can be used at any time. We offer in house, on site and remote access. Charges are made at our standard rate. The service is obviously reactive and is mainly used by companies with their own in house IT department requiring assistance with a large one off project or at the other end of the scale used by home users to resolve issues when they arise.
Although this is a re-active service we recommend that you invest in one to two hours of our time to allow us to perform an on-site investigation. This allows us to record information on your setup that will be of benefit should you require our assistance in the future. Not only will we keep a record of information that is required in an emergency but we will make recommendations designed to help your IT infrastructure perform to your requirements. If you decide that you do not require our more comprehensive contracts you can still opt for some or all of our complementary services, allowing us to be your single point of contact, a one-stop-shop for your IT needs and allowing you to concentrate on your business.
