Genmar specialise in providing IT support, consultancy and product sales for business. We offer a complete and complementary range of services and computer solutions. We aim to provide everything your business needs to implement and manage its IT infrastructure giving you the option of dealing with one company, a single point of contact for all your IT requirements.

Genmar has been in operation since 1996 and now have over 50 companies benefiting from our Maintenance Contracts. Although many of these companies are local to us, we also support many businesses nationally and have clients as far afield as Leeds and Bristol.
We are renown for our high level of service and our Plain English approach to IT. As you can see from some of our testimonials our customers, some of whom have been using our services since our incorporation, regard Genmar as part of their own organisation.
Our premises in Bishop's Stortford house our repair department and technical support team. We also have a small retail section, stocking all major peripherals, cables and accessories. We can order (for next day delivery or collection) any computer-related hardware you require that's not already in stock.
Car parking is no problem either (and it's free!) allowing you to pop in for cables or drop off your ailing system for us to repair, right to our door. Our opening hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm on Saturday.
